Vinman industries provides mica insulated heating elements constructed in ss. Brass and ms sheath for heating cylindrical parts up to 300°c. Ceramic heating elements constructed in 88 sheath for heating cylindrical parts up to 450°c. Technical specification includes: surface loading up to 24 1 35 w/in2, voltage up to 415 v, surface temperature of 300°c 1 450°c maximum. Constraints for these heaters are minimum. Diameter 1s 1" for mica band heaters and 2.5" for ceramic band heaters. These types of heaters find application in plastic industries, packaging industries, engineering industries, medical and laboratory equipment, autoclave machines, etc.
